Do you have a shopfront/ showroom?
We do not have a shopfront, but do allow visits to our warehouse with prior appointments. You can choose and buy on the spot. Please note however, since it is a distribution facility, most of the items are packed in cartons and not on display generally. We can however, unwrap some items if you are interested. 


How much is delivery?
Deliveries within Sydney for bulky goods are done at a flat rate of $70 for upto one UTE full. (Add $20 for an additional man on the job apart from the driver).
Same day deliveries within Sydney for certain items can be organised for $120. 
Interstate deliveries and deliveries from small items within Sydney start from $10 and are calculated based on size and volume. You can estimate shipping by inserting your postcode in the delivery calculator on the checkout page.


How long will the delivery take?
Same day delivery - upto 24 hours. 
Sydney Local - 1-3 working days.
Interstate Metropolitan - 5-10 working days. 
Country areas and WA - 12-14 working days. 
 

What payment options are available?
We accept the following methods of payment -
PayPal - Immediate shipping
Money Orders - Shipping upon receipt and funds clearing
Bank Cheques - Shipping upon receipt and funds clearing
Personal Cheques - Shipping upon fund-clearing
Bank Deposits/ Transfers- Shipping upon receipt
Please let us know if you cannot clear the payment within 5 days of sale so we can hold the item(s) for you. All items will be shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.

We also accept Cash/ EFTPOS on Pick Ups. Our warehouse is in 
Glendenning, NSW and we open by appointments only.

We can open after business hours or on weekends if required. If you prefer a pick-up, please call us on 0412498634 / 0421401157 prior to coming for appointments. 


What is my item is damaged in transit?
If you have reason to believe the item was dropped while in transit and has been damaged, please let us know. All of our items are insured for transit damage and the damaged item will either be picked up and replaced or a full refund will be processed. Partial refunds are also offered for items that can be repaired. We will need photos to substantiate any damage claims.


What if I wish to return an item?
100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply email us and return your item for a full refund if you are unhappy with the item in any way (Except damages in transit). Item must be returned in its original condition, and within 7 days of delivery. Buyer bears the postage. Always email us first if you have any question or problem with the transaction. We're certainly willing to help! Our customer is always more important than the transaction itself.
